The High Stakes page says performing moves 2 minutes before or after a high-impact news event is not allowed. It does not publish a currency-by-currency table.

Daily loss

Maximum daily loss is 5% on every High Stakes phase. The program page does not say whether that percent is of the initial balance or of day-start equity, and it does not name the reset clock. This check uses closed profit against 5% of the account size you type, split on MetaTrader server midnight. Overall max loss is 10% and is not checked here.
