A payout check sends the statement to the server so it can be parsed. The file is not written to the database.

The full report is encrypted in the response and comes back only after the email is saved. We store the email, the firm, the signup type (report, newsletter, or Pro waitlist), the referrer, UTM tags, and the time. A feedback note stores the message, an optional email, the page, and the same campaign tags. Funnel events store the step name, the page, the firm when you picked one, and the campaign tags. They do not store the trade file.

Pro has a sign-in. The sign-in email, with a code and a link, is sent by PayoutPass. A subscription record stores that email, the plan status, and a billing link. If you save a firm, we store the firm, the account type, and the balance you entered. A saved payout check stores the counts, the firm, the account size, and the time. It does not store the trade file.

We do not sell the list.
